All orders
shipped to Canadian destinations are taxed according to provincial and federal
taxation guidelines. These orders will be charged 5% GST or 13% HST for
residents of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. Cloth diapers and
diaper covers are PST exempt.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Little Monkey Store reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
We ship all of
our orders via Canada Post. Expedited service via UPS is available, upon
request for an additional charge.
We offer $6.95 flat rate
shipping via Canada Post to Canadian addresses*.
Orders within Canada
are fully insured by Canada Post and will include a tracking number.
Orders placed
on a business day will be shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise
specified. If we are not able to ship your order within 3 days, we will contact you immediately. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next
business day. You can expect to receive your package within 2 to 10 business
days (dependent on Canada Post) from the day we ship your order.

We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs. UPS is available upon request, for an additional fee. Please note, U.S. orders may be charged additional taxes or duty by the United States Customs and Immigration Service.
Currently, we do not offer flat rate shipping to U.S. addresses.

Packaging
Whenever possible,
we try to use either recycled or recyclable materials for packaging. At times,
we may re-use old boxes that we have on hand to ship your order. If you would
like us to use a new box, please let us know when you place your order.
Local Pick-up
We offer hassle-free
local pick-up from our home office Langley, British Columbia. Once we receive
your order, we will get in touch with you in order to arrange for a mutually
convenient day and time to pick up your items.
If you are not
satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:
You must
contact us prior to returning your item.
You will be responsible for
all shipping charges when returning your item.
You may return any item
within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
All returns must be in
resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags
and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odour,
smoke, dirt, stains, lipstick, perfume, etc.
When purchasing more than one diaper of the same type, we recommend that you
wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
We reserve the right to
accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any returns accepted after 30 days
will be issued in the form of a store credit and will be charged a 20%
restocking fee.
Returns are processed within
3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once your return
has been processed.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted on special order items.
Please note
that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the actual
shipping costs deducted from the refund.
Special orders are available at the Little Monkey Store. If you are interested in a product that you do not see, please contact us at info@littlemonkeystore.com. Some of the items in our store are available by special order only. All special orders must be prepaid in full before your item(s) is ordered. Special orders typically take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in our store. However, it can take longer on occasion. If we are aware that your special order may take longer than two weeks to arrive in store, we will notify you. Please note that special orders are not eligible for any promotions or discounts. No refunds will be issued once item has been ordered.
