Canadian Shipping

For orders within Canada we offer shipping based on location:

All other provinces	$10.95

Orders within Canada are insured by Canada Post up to $100 and will include a tracking number. Additional insurance for orders above $100 is available at checkout. Insurance is $1.30 per $100 coverage (subject to change as per Canada Post).

Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. If we are not able to ship your order within 3 days, we will contact you immediately. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day. You can expect to receive your package within 2 to 10 business days (dependent on Canada Post) from the day we ship your order.

* Sometimes Canada Post imposes extra charges on shipping; such as items weighing over 5kg and shipments to remote areas. If your order falls into this category, we will inform you prior to shipping.

Remote locations in Canada are determined by Canada Post. Click on this link: Canada Post to see if it applies to your order. If you are located in a remote area, actual shipping will be charged and you will receive an additional invoice for the difference.

If a shipment is lost or returned to us and the address provided by the customer is incorrect, we accept no responsibility. Responsibility for cost of replacement and shipping above the insured amount is to be paid by the customer. Reshipping the package to the corrected address is to be paid by the customer and full shipping charges will apply.

Packaging

Whenever possible, we try to use either recycled or recyclable materials for packaging. At times, we may re-use old boxes that we have on hand to ship your order. If you would like us to use a new box, please let us know when you place your order.

Local Pick-up

We offer hassle-free local pick-up from our store in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Once we receive your order, we will get in touch with you in order to arrange for a mutually convenient day and time to pick up your items.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:

• You must contact us prior to returning your item.
• You will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning your item.
• You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
• All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odour, smoke, dirt, stains, lipstick, perfume, etc.
• When purchasing more than one diaper of the same type, we recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
• We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any returns accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.
• Returns or refunds will not be accepted on special order items.
  

Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund. Actual shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
