Canadian Shipping

We offer $6.95 flat rate shipping via Canada Post to Canadian addresses for orders under $99*.

Orders within Canada are insured by Canada Post up to $100 and will include a tracking number. Additional insurance for orders above $100 is available at checkout. Insurance is $1.25 per $100 coverage (subject to change as per Canada Post).

Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise specified. If we are not able to ship your order within 3 days, we will contact you immediately. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will ship the next business day. You can expect to receive your package within 2 to 10 business days (dependent on Canada Post) from the day we ship your order.

* Sometimes Canada Post imposes extra charges on shipping; such as items weighing over 5kg and shipments to remote areas. If your order falls into this category, we will inform you prior to shipping.

If a shipment is lost or returned to us and the address provided by the customer is incorrect, we accept no responsibility. Responsibility for cost of replacement and shipping above the insured amount is to be paid by the customer. Reshipping the package to the corrected address is to be paid by the customer and full shipping charges will apply.

US Shipping

At www.rbc.com you can view current exchange rates as all orders are processed in Canadian dollars. For assistance, please contact us. 

We use Canada Post for all our shipping needs. UPS is available upon request, for an additional fee. Please note, U.S. orders may be charged additional taxes or duty by the United States Customs and Immigration Service.

All U.S. orders are shipped once per week from Blaine, WA. If you require your order soon, please contact us. Extra fees may apply.

International Shipping

Please contact us prior to placing your order for international shipping assistance.

Packaging

Whenever possible, we try to use either recycled or recyclable materials for packaging. At times, we may re-use old boxes that we have on hand to ship your order. If you would like us to use a new box, please let us know when you place your order.

Local Pick-up

We offer hassle-free local pick-up from our home office Langley, British Columbia. Once we receive your order, we will get in touch with you in order to arrange for a mutually convenient day and time to pick up your items.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us as follows:

• You must contact us prior to returning your item.
• You will be responsible for all shipping charges when returning your item.
• You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit (less shipping).
• All returns must be in resalable condition: unused, unwashed, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have pet hair or odour, smoke, dirt, stains, lipstick, perfume, etc.
• When purchasing more than one diaper of the same type, we recommend that you wash and try one diaper first before washing them all.
• We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 30 days. Any returns accepted after 30 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
• Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed.
• Returns or refunds will not be accepted on special order items.
  

Please note that returned items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the actual shipping costs deducted from the refund.
