We ship all of our orders via Canada Post.
For orders within Canada we offer shipping based on location:

**Territories or remote locations will be charged actual shipping costs. Adjustments will be invoiced via PayPal subsequent to customer placing the order.
Orders within Canada are insured by Canada Post up to $100 and will include a tracking number. Additional insurance for orders above $100 is available at checkout. Insurance is $1.50 per $100 coverage (subject to change as per Canada Post).
Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within 7 business days not including the day that the order is placed, unless otherwise specified. If we are not able to ship your order within 7 business days, we will contact you to discuss. Please check your "spam" or "junk" mail folders. Please note that Canada Post is NOT open on weekends, Please be sure to check your SPAM or Junk folders, as often our emails will go there. LMS Staff will provide you with options which may include, but are not limited to, substitution of similar product(s) of equal or greater value; gift certificate in the value of the product(s)that is not available at the current time; or full refund of out of stock item(s). Once you have verified the most desirable outcome, providing this in writing to LMS, your items will ship within 7 business days commencing the following day.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday will also ship within 7 business days. You can expect to receive your package within 2 to 10 business days (dependent on Canada Post) from the day we ship your order. Please note that we have no control over Canada Post's delays once the order has been placed in their hands.
Orders placed and then cancelled prior to shipping will be refunded, however they will incur an administrative / restocking fee of 15% as once the order is placed you are committed to purchasing these items. Subsequently cancelling does require manpower in terms of staffing and time to process. The fee is to cover these costs. If your order is cancelled due to out of stock items, this fee will NOT apply. In the case of out of stock items, you will be offered a substitution, store credit, to wait for your product to become available if you choose, or a 100% refund. You will be required to advise LMS of your decision in writing via email.

* Sometimes Canada Post imposes extra charges on shipping; such as items which are heavier, larger, or are shipments to remote areas. If your order falls into this category, we will inform you prior to shipping, and provide an invoice for additional shipping costs.
Remote locations in Canada are determined by Canada Post. Click on this link: Canada Post to see if it applies to your order. If you are located in a remote area, actual shipping will be charged and you will receive an additional invoice for the difference.
If a shipment is lost or returned to us and the address provided by the customer is incorrect, we accept no responsibility. Responsibility for cost of replacement and shipping above the insured amount is to be paid by the customer. Reshipping the package to the corrected address is to be paid by the customer and full shipping charges will apply. We ask that you double check your shipping address prior to confirming your order.

Please note that free local pickup is available. If you choose local pickup you will be notified when your order is ready for pick up. Times and dates available for pick up will be provided to you. If you require a specific date or time to pick up, please inquire prior to placing your order to ensure that this date and time is available. Dates and times for pick up vary. While we try to be flexible, please note that we schedule times around our family's schedule.
Also note that choosing local pick up and subsequently changing your mind and asking for shipping instead, will incur ACTUAL shipping charges, and will not be eligible for flat rate shipping fees.
