These are our specially manufactured Micro-Fiber Terry inserts. They have been manufactured for Happy Heinys and are chemical free. They are made of 3 layers of soft and very absorbent micro-fiber.

 
Small is 12 inches and Medium-Large is 16 inches long. They are a contoured shape for the very best fit and they have been made to fit perfectly in Happy Heinys diapers.
